At Beanwise, we strive to ensure your coffee and gourmet supplies arrive in peak condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure that your food or beverage items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage to the coffee bags or glass jars during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
